Ark art show today | Laramie Boomerang | Laramie, Wyoming
Ark Art Students will be showing their work from artist in residences by myself and Travis Ivey at the Cooper Center in Laramie this evening.  I am excited to reconnect with the students and see their work.

Enjoyed my Artist in Residency at the Cooper Center in June, and my student's work will be shown at a reception here in Laramie this Friday evening.

Alexandra Cockar wrote a nice article about my conservation art work that was on the front page of the Laramie Boomerang on August 31, 2011.

Participated in the Oregon Trail Days Art Show in Gering, Nebraska the weekend of July 14th-16th.  Enjoyed networking with other artists and made a few sales. 

"The Magic of Africa" will be showing at the Rock Springs Community Fine Arts Center from August 3-30th with a closing reception on August 30th from 5 to 7 PM, and an artist talk at 6:30 PM.

This watercolor painting, "Rising From the Plains" just received the award "Best Western Landscape" at the Western and Wild Horse Art Show and Sale in Rock Springs.
