This painting, "Straw Hat Freckles" has been accepted into the 2011 Western Spirit Show at the Old West Museum in Cheyenne, WY.

I poured the sky on this painting "Before the Storm", and then poured the rocks and added the details.

I'm currently working on a wildlife series using color pouring and blending, and having lots of fun with it.

Just finished this painting today for the Capitol Christmas tree art contest. Wyoming is furnishing the tree for Washington DC this year from the Bridger Teton NF. While camping out, I have seen some beautiful Wyoming night skies, and have always wanted to paint one. I had to use my imagination to do a lot of this, and was really excited about the process.
